Fitting in recording of the new album in-between usual working life. Coming together slowly but surely as I work around the sounds of lawn mowers and building work that come with city living.
Starting plans/recording for album number five. Hope to have it out before the end of 2013.
Happy to say the new album ‘Fixing the Shadows’ has been mastered by Grammy Award winning engineer Brad Blackwood at Euphonic Masters.
The album features a host of very talented musicians including; Alyn Cosker (drums), Euan Stevenson (piano), Ross Saunders (Bass), Tim Davidson (pedal steel), Bethany Young (backing vocals) & Iain Hutchison (guitars & keys).
More details including artwork and release date will follow soon.
The new album ‘Fixing the Shadows’ is finally mixed and it’s off to get mastered next week in the hands (ears) of the brilliant Brad Blackwood.
Coming to the end of another spell in the studio and getting very close to completing the recording side of things on the new album.
Everything is so far sounding great (in my humble opinion) and looking forward to mixing the tracks next month. I will release more details once I’m a little further down the road.
